How do I place an order?
Start by filling out our Quote Request Form with details about your project. We’ll review your request, provide mockups, and send a quote for approval.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order depends on the item and customization type. For most apparel, the minimum is 10 pieces per design.
How much does custom apparel cost?
Pricing varies based on quantity, garment type, and print locations. The more you items you get per design, the cheaper they will be.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We offer three standard turnaround times:
7 days (Urgent Rush)
14 days (Express Rush)
30 days (Standard Pricing)
Need it faster than 30 days? Skip the line with our 2 rush options!
Can I mix and match shirt colors and sizes?
Yes! As long as the design stays the same, you can mix different colors and sizes within the same order.
Pro Tip: When choosing shirt colors, you typically need t stick with light or dark options so your artwork has enough contrast to be seen well!
Do you provide design services?
Yes! We offer custom design services based on complexity. Each design includes one revision after the initial concept.
We do not create logos from scratch, but we can refine, adjust, and optimize your existing logo for your apparel needs!
Can I see a sample before ordering?
We provide digital mockups before printing. If you need a physical sample, additional costs and time may apply.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Pricing per item decreases as you order more. Larger orders unlock better pricing tiers.
How do I care for my custom apparel?
Follow our simple washing guidelines to keep your gear looking fresh:
-Wash cold, inside out
-No harsh detergents or fabric softeners
-Hang dry when possible
-No direct heat on prints (turn inside out to iron)
For Hats:
-Soak in warm water with mild detergent
-Do not scrub over design
-Do not bend hat structure when caring for hat
-Do not sweat through hat
-Don't leave it on your car's dash
What types of apparel do you offer?
We provide a wide range of custom apparel, including T-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, and performance wear. We source from top brands to ensure quality.
Can I bring my own items?
We prefer to print on apparel sourced through us to ensure quality control and the best results. If you have items you would like to bring, let us know that in the quote. We will ask for material and sourcing specifics. If we choose to print on client provided items, the client will assume all risks incase of damaged or misprinted items.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Absolutely! We store your previous designs for easy reorders. Keep in mind that pricing may vary based on order quantity at the time of reorder.
What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
If there’s a defect or mistake on our end, we will work with you to make it right. Custom order sales are final, so please review mockups carefully before approval. Contact us at [email protected]
